Flags at Half-Staff in Memory of Charlie Kirk

Today, at the direction of Governor Josh Shapiro, all United States and Pennsylvania flags on state facilities, including those at Ä¢¹½tv, have been lowered to half-staff as a mark of respect for the memory of Charlie Kirk.
