All requests for review of a parking citation must be made within five days of receiving the parking citation. When a parking citation is appealed, payment must be made at the time of appeal.
Here are examples of reasons an appeal will be denied:
- Forgetfulness
- Short parking duration: “I was only there a few minutes.”
- Failure to obtain correct permit
- Inability to see sign
- Insufficient funding to pay citation
- “I have never had a citation before.”
- “I always park here and never received a citation before.”
