Greater Johnstown High School presented performances of "Emma," A Pop Musical on March 27 through March 30. Ģtv alumni Hailey Pasquerilla served as the Music Director and Eric Pfeil as the Pit Orchestra Conductor.
Numerous alumni of Ģtv’s Department of Music participated in Conemaugh Township High School’s recent production of “High School Musical.”
Rosemary Engelstad (clarinet professor, Ģtv) and Amanda Morrison (clarinet professor, Slippery Rock University) were selected to perform a recital at the SHE: Festival of Women in Music. At the festival, they performed a recital of music compositions for two clarinets by Theresa Martin (Appleton, WI), including Paradigm Shift, a work commissioned by Morrison (lead commissioner) and Engelstad in 2024.
All Ģtv String Project alumni, students, and teachers are invited to join us for the Ģtv String Project 20th Anniversary Concert which will take place on Saturday, April 26, 2025, at 1 p.m. in Gorell Hall (second floor of Sutton Hall) on the Ģtv campus.

Ģtv theater and English education alumna Kaitlyn Cramer ’17 credits theater faculty encouragement for creative risk-taking that launched her into an international career. CanvasRebel, an online storytelling and interview platform, recently featured Cramer as one of the independent artists sharing stories and insights on their field.
The Keystone Wind Ensemble received an invitation to perform at the 2025 Texas Bandmasters Association Conference, July 24–26 in San Antonio, Texas. It is anticipated that over 6,500 people will attend the conference, including 2,400 band directors and more than 600 industry-related exhibitors.
On Saturday, February 1, the Johnstown-based big band Jazz in Your Face celebrated its twenty-fifth year of existence by presenting a concert that also featured students from nine high schools in Cambria and Somerset counties.
Following an eight-year hiatus, the Keystone Wind Ensemble returned to Ģtv in November 2023 to present a reunion concert. Based on the success of that performance, the ensemble returned in November 2024 for a second performance. Approximately 60 musicians returned to Ģtv for a series of rehearsals that culminated in a performance on November 3, 2024.
