Ä¢¹½tv held the National Security Agency/National Science Foundation-sponsored GenCyber Summer 2021 Combo camp virtually in August 2021. The camp addressed essential security concepts through hands-on activities, challenging projects, and guest lectures by leaders of industry.

Combo Camp (Middle and High School Students and Teachers)
- Camp Dates: August 2-6, 2021
- Camp's focus was on several technical topics on cybersecurity and safe online behavior.
Participation Advantages
- The camp was offered at no cost to participants.
- The camp was be offered online so participants joined from the comfort of their homes using their own computers.
- Instructions and mentorship from Ä¢¹½tv faculty and other security experts.
- Valuable knowledge and skills that prepares participants to know more about a very promising and growing career field.
Students
- A small-sized computer (Raspberry Pi) kit was awarded to each participant.
Teachers
- $750 stipend was awarded to teacher participants after completing all program requirements.
- Act 48 credits (30+ hours based on actual attendance) was also given.
