The Health Service is a proud member of the Student Affairs Division at Ä¢¹½tv. Skilled, competent, and caring health professionals provide patient education and medical services to students. These are designed to improve students' wellness and sustain their health. Our goal is to help students be successful in their academic endeavors. As members of both the Ä¢¹½tv and health care communities, the health service staff works collaboratively to identify and advocate for student needs and to provide appropriate high-quality, cost-effective responses.
For emergency medical care when we are not open, go to the nearest emergency department or or call 911 (9-911 if on campus). There is a blue emergency phone at both ends of the Center for Health and Well-Being. Here are other non-emergency locations.

All students must . Freshmen cannot access these forms until they have registered for classes (during Orientation). Please update your Profile and complete the Forms, which include the Consent for Treatment, Health History, Immunization Dates, Medical Insurance Information, and Notice of Privacy Practices. Make sure to obtain immunization records from your PCP / family physician/pediatrician, or high school prior to logging in to the website.
